Dr. Dilip Kumar Mishra
Dr Dilip Mishra finished his medical school in 2003 and his Urology residency(MCh Urology) from the Department of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal in 2012. He was awarded The J.U.A.International Scholarship at Tokyo Med. University Hospital, Tokyo, Japan for training in Robotic and Laparoscopic surgery in 2012. He was awarded the UAA Youth Section Fellowships for the year 2014. He is a member of royal college of surgeons of Edinburgh(MRCS) and has also been conferred fellowship(FICS) of International college of surgeons, Chicago, USA.
He has worked as Associate professor in Department of Urology and Renal Transplantation at Kasturba Medical College, Manipal. He has participated in more than 50 urological national and international conferences and presented many papers in various conferences. He has won various awards and fellowships during his illustrious academic career and has 35 publications to his name in various peer reviewed international journals. He has written chapters and Edited a book on mini PCNL by Springer.
He is instrumental in propping young urologist of USI being the Convener of Youth wing of USI. He is also an eminent faculty at Indian school of Urology. He is a reviewer of various urology journals including Indian journal of urology, Journal of Endourology and Asian journal of Urology.
His clinical work involves almost all subspecialities of urology with special focus on
Endourology, Stone disease and reconstructive urology. He has been working on various academic projects like Book chapters in Smith’s textbook of endourology, Review articles on Mini PCNL, International Publications on PCNL and various instructional courses at WCE and SIU.

• Presently working as Consultant Urologist and Head of Department, Pushpanjali Hospital and Research center, AGRA, Uttar Pradesh, INDIA since March 2015.
• Worked as Consultant Urologist at Centre for Endourology and minimally invasive surgery, Global Rainbow Healthcare, Agra from May 2015 till December 2021.
• I performed first Renal Transplant surgery at Pushpanjali Hospital on 5 June, 2023.
• I have performed about 1200 urological surgeries till date as per my log book records during my MCh Training period.
• I have performed more than 4000 endo-surgeries and open procedures as Consultant in department of urology, Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka.

• Invited for a LIVE television program on NAMMA TV, a regional TV channel for South Canara region for Urolithiasis and its management in the community. The session involved LIVE talk on stone disease with live question from patients on 15th December 2013.

• Worked as Assistant Professor in department of Surgery, K.M.C. Manipal from october 2007 till july 2009.
• I have performed Independently the following surgeries in General Surgery: Laparoscopic Appendectomy, Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy, Open surgeries: colectomy, intestinal resection and anastomosis, abdomino-perineal resection, thyroidectomy, colostomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, splenectomy, hernia repair, laparotomy.
• I have good training in performing Upper G. I. endoscopy.
• Worked as a Senior Resident in Rockland Hospital, New Delhi from 6-6-2007 to 7-7-2007.
• Worked as a Senior Resident in department of plastic surgery, Dr. S.T.M. Memorial Hospital and U.F.H.T. Medical College, Haldwani from 13-7-2007 to 12-10-2007 for a period of 3 months.
• Assisted in several Cleft Lip and Palate Surgeries under the Smile Train Project.
• Assisted and independently did plastic surgical procedures like contracture release, scar revision, piercings, tendon repair, skin grafting and k wire fixations.
